Not sure if dairy is allowed or if you’re totally vegan.
Substitute or omit as necessary. Nothing really creative in either of these, but they’re kid-tested, easy, and both allow the kids to participate in the preparation and personalize their meals.

    BEAN BURRITOS:
Flour tortillas with no animal fat
    Vegan refried beans, heated
    Shredded lettuce
    Chopped tomatoes
Real or imitation shredded cheese (or omit)
    Sour cream (or omit)
    Mild salsa and/or Taco sauce
Any other veggies your kids may like! (onions, olives, etc.)

Heat the beans and tortillas, put out the ingredients in bowls on a table and let the kids ‘make their own’.

    DEEP DISH MINI PIZZAS:
These little pizzas are made in muffin tins!

Canned biscuits -or- canned pizza dough
1-3 Boca Burgers, cooked and broken or ground into
    small pieces (optional)
1 jar pizza sauce (vegan, of course)
    Shredded mozzarella cheese or substitute
Any other pizza ingredients, chopped small or grated,
such as tomatoes, mushrooms, green peppers, onions,
    olives, pinapple, etc.
    Oregano

Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
Spray standard size muffin tins with cooking spray, or lightly grease with oil.
Separate biscuits -or- roll out pizza dough flat 1/4″ thick.
If using bicuits, press 1 biscuit into each muffin tin, covering bottom & creeping up sides about 1/2 way.
If using pizza dough, use a biscuit cutter or glass to cut dough rings slightly larger than the tops of muffin tins and press them into tins just like the biscuits.

Add ground, cooked Boca burger(s) to pizza sauce & warm.
(The burgers are optional, but they really have a wonderful
flavor and make a great substitute for ground beef)

Fill muffin tins about 1/2 to 3/4 with sauce mix, additional chopped ingredients, and cheese.
    Sprinkle oregano over the tops.

Bake at 400 for 12-15 mins.
